We want you to be happy with every purchase from Apex Relay. If something’s not right, this policy explains how to return items and request refunds. We ship across Pakistan and aim to make the process fair and straightforward.

Timeframes

Report damage/defects within 2 days after receiving the item.
Order Confirmation (Advance Delivery Charges)
After placing the order, our team member will contact you for order confirmation. At the same time, delivery charges of Rs 250 must be paid in advance.
Eligibility (what we accept)
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
We accept returns and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair for items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or different from the product description. Please keep the original packaging and include all accessories.
Change of mind returns
No product can be returned for a change of mind.
How to request a return

WhatsApp us at 03326700575 with your order number, photos of the damaged/defective, and a brief description.

We will respond with a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.

Pack the item securely (include original accessories + invoice) and send it to the return address provided. Do not ship items back before you receive return instructions.
Inspection & processing
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or replacements are processed only after verification that the item is eligible and in the required condition. Inspections help prevent fraud and protect our future customers.
Refund methods & timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible (bank card, mobile wallet, etc.). If the original payment is not possible, we may offer store credit as an alternative.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after inspection. The time it takes for the payment to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
